11/14/00: Section 28 has, despite the best efforts of Brian Souter, been repealed in Scotland.
My personal take on the US election is that it's extremely funny, and at the same time extremely worrying. The prospect of a Dubya presidency makes me feel glad I live in Britain and not the US.
